Mentors of the Catawba County Veterans’ Treatment Court, led by VTC Coordinator Doug Willoughby, rode in the Soldiers’ Reunion Parade in Newton on Thursday, August 15, 2024, in a truck loaned by Cosmo Motors in Hickory for the parade. 36th Prosecutorial District Attorney Scott Reilly noted that he was honored to have such a group of distinguished veterans represent the DA’s Office in the long-time annual parade.
