Members of the 36th Prosecutorial District Attorney’s Office participated in the second annual Recovery Court Kickball Tournament on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Catawba Meadows Park in Morganton. Assistant District Attorney Austin Foster played for the Burke County Recovery Court team while Administrative Assistant Tammy West played for the Catawba Veterans’ Treatment Court squad. Five teams participated in all. The event was held as a team-building exercise for recovery courts offered throughout the 36th Prosecutorial District, comprised of Burke, Caldwell and Catawba counties.
