Members of the Catawba County District Attorney’s Office continued their participation in community service projects by taking part in the fourth annual McGruff Christmas Drive sponsored by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. Staff members joined forces to “adopt” needy children at elementary schools in Catawba County and provide Christmas gifts for them, all to help make their holiday season a little brighter and happier. District Attorney Scott Reilly said, “This is a wonderful initiative. Sharing this community service project highlights our office’s commitment to making a positive impact in Catawba County. I’m very heartened and proud of our staff for engaging in such a meaningful activity.”
