Assistant District Attorneys for the 36th Prosecutorial District were sworn in during a ceremony on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at the Catawba County Courthouse in Newton. Catawba County Senior Resident Superior Court Judge Nathaniel J. Poovey administered the oath to the ADAs, who serve in Burke, Caldwell and Catawba counties.
